#WellbeingWednesday: Change is Beautiful

It’s a popular refrain - “I don’t have TIME for yoga!"

If you have three minutes in the morning, you have time to do yoga. One tip I’ve been doing lately is not going for my phone to check social media first thing in the morning. Instead, the phone sleeps in a drawer for the night and is not turned on until after my yoga practice. I tell my students all the time, a little bit of yoga is better than none at all. With that being said, let’s take a look at a morning routine I came up with to open your hamstrings, wake up your spine and legs and help you start the day calm, clear and feeling fresh. Extra bonus points if you are able to sit, close your eyes and watch your breath for a minute or two after you finish the physical poses.

There now, you’ve practiced yoga and meditated, all before having that first cup of coffee!
