Infuse Some Flavor!

Have a goal of drinking more water or weaning from soda? Awesome! Staying properly hydrated is a great way to improve mood and focus, and helps keep appetite in check, too.Did you know it is possible to confuse a slight dehydration with hunger? If you've been "eating enough" but still find yourself hungry, reach for your water bottle next time before more food.Adding fruit, vegetables, or herbs to your water is a calorie-free way to make water more palatable without added sugar or "fake" sugars. I often hear from people that they have difficulty drinking water because they don't like the way it tastes. If that resonates with you, try some of these combos of fruit infused waters.

Another personal favorites is Jalapeño and berry for a little heat! A fruit infuser is a great way to keep the pulp and seeds out of your water, but isn't a must, either; you can always add it straight to your water bottle, or keep a jug soaking in your refrigerator. Do you have a combo you like? Share it with your health advisor or shoot us an email, we would love to hear from you!
