Curlisha has over 15 years of experience in mental health, addictions, co-occurring disorders, and childhood trauma. She has a background working with children, adolescents, and adult survivors of childhood abuse and neglect. She also has a wealth of experience working as a clinical assessor, and as an individual and group psychotherapist for those diagnosed with Mental Health diagnosis/SPMI and Substance Abuse disorders. A dedicated professional in helping others heal from their past, Curlisha is a Licensed Certified/Clinical Social Worker and is certified as a Masters Addiction Counselor by the National Association of Alcohol and Drug Counselors (NAADAC).

Curlisha is a Flint, Michigan native with a love for humanity, culture, volunteerism, philanthropy, and 'The Arts'. A social worker by heart and profession, she holds a Bachelor of Social Work from Western Michigan University and a Master of Social Work from The University of Alabama's Advanced Standing program.
