Aaron Horn
Aaron Horn is a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist that has worked with individuals, families, and adolescents in a variety of roles for over 20 years. He understands that when you are struggling with your mental or emotional health that it has an effect on every facet of your life. Aaron has worked with a variety of people who were experiencing anxiety, depression, addiction, infidelity, and other major life events. He believes that the best solutions are usually found by combining a cognitive understanding of the situation with behavioral changes. His own life experiences have taught him to look at difficult situations from a holistic point of view and to focus on solutions.

Amelya is a Licensed Master Social Worker and a Certified Trauma Professional with experience working with both youth and adults who are struggling with depression, anxiety, and/or PTSD. She utilizes Cognitive Behavior Therapy (CBT), Solution Focused Therapy, Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Internal Family Systems (IFS), and Trauma-Informed Care. She supports her participants with the knowledge that they are the experts of their own lives and, with guidance and compassion, they can reach their goals. She believes everyone, regardless of their challenges, should have access to quality mental health treatment.
Amelya received her Masters of Social Work at Austin Peay State University with a concentration in Generalist practice. In her free time, she loves to travel, hike with her golden retriever Arrow, and go on boy scout adventures with her four boys.

Andrew Jacobs
With over five years of coaching experience and hundreds of hours working with individuals in one-on-one and group engagements, Andrew is a seasoned advocate for change. He has worked professionally in a variety of settings,including virtual healthcare, business development, personal training, and lifestyle behavior management.
Andrew is warm and approachable, eager to connect with others and provide a space where they can feel heard and supported. Members of the Wellview team refer to him as “coach calm” for his gentle and caring presence. He believes that true wellness is achieved first by cultivating a deeper relationship with ourselves - one that clarifies, accepts, and promotes our deepest wants and needs - and from that place, designing a plan that addresses the parts of our lives that matter most.
Andrew is a Certified Personal Trainer (CPT) with the National Academy of Sports Medicine and a Certified Health Coach (CHC) and Presence-Based Coach. He owns his own private practice where he helps individuals set and achieve goals in their working and personal lives and is most passionate about coaching others into showing up more authentically in the world. When he’s not working, you can find Andrew out on the trails in Asheville, North Carolina with his wife and two pitbulls or pulling up a chair with close friends at a local brewery.

Ann Strader
Ann has a background volunteering with individuals and groups to help focus on team organization skills, leadership development, training, and problem resolution. She has experience in the areas of health, nutrition, and the gut/brain connection and specializes in mindfulness and meditation practices and working with women of any age who are going through a major life transition. Ann believes in the health of the whole person—mind, body, and spirit—and that when we are balanced in these areas, there is a greater likelihood we will feel alive to our fullest potential. She is passionate about helping her participants find the right balance and encouraging them to be their best authentic selves. Ann has an M.Ed in Counseling, is a certified yoga instructor, and is certified through Duke Integrative Medicine and the National Board of Health and Wellness Coaches.

Blair is responsible for making sure our team of First Class health advisors create engaging experiences and always go the extra miles to meet each participant’s needs. With a big welcoming smile, Blair seeks to impact every person she meets. Casey has over 15 years of experience in the health and wellness industry, working in corporate wellness, clinical medicine, and lifestyle health. As a Soul Level Intuitive Coach and Health and Wellness Coach, she enjoys supporting individuals in spiritual growth, self evolution, and meaning and purpose work that drives action in the here and now. Additionally, Casey boasts a certification as a Personal Trainer specializing in strength and cardiovascular training, weight loss, yoga, meditation, geriatric fitness, and rehabilitation. Her energetic guidance, positive outlook, and balanced perspective have earned her the nickname “Captain Casey” amongst her participants and students. While Casey understands the importance of the physical body and its relationship to health, her general belief is that health and well-being is a balance of that which makes you harmoniously well—physically, mentally, emotionally, financially, socially, and spiritually.
With a Master's Degree in Global Health and Bachelor’s in Health Sciences, Casey is an experienced professor and researcher, who has even conducted an Independent Study in Regional Nutritional Food Deserts. In her spare time, she can be found in search of her next adventurous road trip or enjoying quality time with family and friends, including her bunny fur babies, Benni and Brew. Catherine is a former executive with more than 15 years of experience working in a fast-paced, competitive industry. Having dealt with the many responsibilities and demands that come with a leadership role, she understands the challenges executives face in trying to juggle their busy careers and family lives while finding time to care for their health and wellbeing. Wishing she could have engaged with a Health Coach in her past career on her own wellness journey, Catherine is now dedicated to supporting executives and other business professionals on their wellness journey. As a Health Advisor, she enjoys helping them find ways to optimize their overall health and wellbeing so they can become more self-aware and impactful leaders.

Coley is a Marriage and Family Therapist with a specialty in Clinical Art Therapy. Her expertise lies in treating stress, anxiety, depression, addiction, and helping individuals, couples, and families navigate major life transitions. For over 10 years, Coley has worked with adolescents, adults, and couples in hospitals, community clinics, and private practice. She has served on the board of the Group Psychotherapy Association of Los Angeles (GPALA) and has taught psychology at both the bachelor’s and master’s levels in California and Mexico City. Coley believes that health and well-being mean having the awareness and courage to stand in your story and respond to the challenges and gifts that come your way.

Courtney joins the Wellview team with over 5 years of experience as a Health and Wellness Coach. In addition to her coaching background, Courtney brings a clinical background as an orthopedic Physical Therapist. Courtney’s passion for coaching is rooted in her understanding of movement science and behavioral change. She particularly enjoys coaching participants in stress management,weight loss, chronic pain, and healthy movement.

Curlisha has over 15 years of experience in mental health, addictions, co-occurring disorders, and childhood trauma. She has a background working with children, adolescents, and adult survivors of childhood abuse and neglect. She also has a wealth of experience working as a clinical assessor, and as an individual and group psychotherapist for those diagnosed with Mental Health diagnosis/SPMI and Substance Abuse disorders. A dedicated professional in helping others heal from their past, Curlisha is a Licensed Certified/Clinical Social Worker and is certified as a Masters Addiction Counselor by the National Association of Alcohol and Drug Counselors (NAADAC).

Dammeon is a compassionate social worker with over ten years of experience in various professional roles, serving diverse clients implementing both brief and long-term interventions. He has always had a genuine interest in supporting community members and stakeholders, and has developed community programs for several public agencies. In these programs, Dammeon assisted students with improving their behaviors, grades, and attitudes through positive engagement and dialogue that resulted in a greater understanding of their power and self-worth. In a robust effort to impact lives worldwide, he dedicated his time, talents, and skills to empower others through advocacy and health and wellness support. Dammeon has volunteered with four Big Brothers Big Sisters programs nationwide and helped raise his own brother and sisters. He provides a conducive setting to invigorate and support individuals and families to increase their well-being to live a more fulfilling life.
Dammeon graduated from Georgia State University, earning a bachelor’s degree in Social Work with a concentration in Community Partnerships. He enrolled in an accelerated Master of Social Work program at Western Kentucky University, where he focused on serving rural communities and was awarded a full scholarship as a graduate research assistant. In October 2016, he re-enrolled in school to pursue his Doctor of Social Work at Capella University.

Erin got her start as a coach in the world of fitness, where she quickly learned that exercise is only one small part of the equation when it comes to overall health and well-being. She went on to pursue the training program at Emory University, where she was shown the missing pieces of the wellness puzzle and how to help others put those pieces together in their own lives. Erin is warm and welcoming, striving to empower others by holding a non-judgmental space for each individual to explore their unique dreams, desires, and possibilities on their path to feeling their best. Her goal as a Health Advisor is to support participants as they navigate the process of creating sustainable change. Currently residing in Atlanta, close to both the mountains and the beach, Erin finds great pleasure in time spent outdoors. She maintains a passion for strength training both within her own life, and as an instructor, specializing in kettlebell training. In her downtime, she enjoys being with her family, tending to her many houseplants, or burying her nose in a good book.

Eva is a Licensed Master Social Worker with 15 years of experience in treating mental health and trauma in people of all ages. She has worked in multiple settings, including a child and adolescent inpatient hospital, an adolescent Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) program, adult day treatment, and at the largest rape crisis center in South Carolina. Eva is passionate about helping others heal from adverse experiences and improve how they feel. She believes that therapy is a collaboration, and that all of her participants should be treated with acceptance and without judgement.
Eva has training and experience in DBT, Cognitive Processing Therapy (CPT), Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT), Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) Therapy, and Child-Centered Play Therapy.

Heather earned her nickname “Healthy Heather” from her enthusiasm to enable everyone around her to live healthy, balanced lives. As a Health Advisor, she enjoys supporting her participants to discover authenticity, connect with their life values, and manage their health and well-being within the bigger picture of their lives. She will climb over mountains to help someone quit smoking or to support a participant in avoiding type 2 diabetes. As a personal trainer and running coach, you can turn to Heather for guidance on getting started with strength training, beginning a running program, or incorporating exercise into a busy schedule!
As a lifelong Southerner, Heather enjoys the challenge of weaving healthy habits into a food-centered culture. On her own health journey, Heather embraces a vegetarian diet, runs marathons for fun, and is still working on establishing a stretching habit! She enjoys hiking tall mountains, paddling still waters, writing, and recording her lighthearted and joy-filled podcast.

Jeanne believes health and wellness coaching is where her personal life and professional experience intersect. As a consultant, therapist, and trainer in the field of autism, she spent years coaching others around big goals, one small step at a time. Her transition to health coaching was inspired by her interest in running, nutrition, and general well-being. Knowing that good health can be transformative, Jeanne loves to see others empowered by what happens when they start to show up for themselves.

Keri Christen
Keri has over five years of experience working in healthcare, providing health education and nutrition counseling to individuals and in group settings. She specializes in diabetes prevention, heart health, and overall healthy eating, and recently received a graduate degree from UC Davis with a focus on maternal and child nutrition. Keri understands that making healthy choices can feel overwhelming, but believes that with support and an individualized approach, it is possible to feel in control of your health.
Keri speaks fluent Spanish, and enjoys cooking at home, gardening, and spending time outdoors. A passion project of hers has been working closely with Marin County Parks since 2017 to create park equity, programing, and promote Parks Prescription (Parks Rx). The focus of Parks Rx is to use nature and the outdoors as a way to lower stress and improve overall health. Her roots and personal hobbies inspire her lifelong belief in preventative medicine and empowering others to live healthy lives.
What does health and well-being mean to you?
Health and well-being is a combination of how you feel mentally, physically, and emotionally and allows you to feel empowered to take control of your health. That might look like five minutes of meditation, drinking more water, or lowering your A1C by adding more fiber rich foods to your food choices. It looks different for every person and changes daily.

Kevin began his career with a background in exercise science as a health and fitness instructor and strength and conditioning specialist before transitioning into disease management. He received a double master’s degree in Exercise Physiology and Nutrition Science as well as completed his dietetic internship with the University of Tennessee. He’s had a diverse work experience starting as a hospital dietitian with inpatient/outpatient cardiac rehab, an outpatient diabetes educator, a dietitian/exercise specialist at a surgical weight loss center and over 10 years as a clinical educator/diabetes educator training clinical staff in medical offices on how to teach their patients about diabetes management and healthy nutrition. He has a passion for empowering people to maximize their health and improve quality of life through a philosophy of prevention, by developing healthy nutrition and exercise habits that last a lifetime

Koren has been an oncology social worker for over 5 years with experience conducting individual and couples counseling as well as facilitating support groups. She has worked with people struggling with anxiety and depression but specializes in oncology, couples, and sex therapy.
Koren has a Master’s in Social Work from the University of Georgia. She is a member of the National Association of Social Workers (NASW)and the American Association of Sexuality Educators, Counselors, and Therapists (AASECT) and has completed numerous trainings in all different areas of mental health. Some of which include: From Cancer to Health, Tobacco Treatment Specialist, Hypnosis for fatigue and pain management, Integrative Sex Therapy,and Sensitive Practice with Adult Survivors of Sexual Violence.
Koren also has a background in various public services—as a Court Appointment Special Advocate for children in foster care and as a volunteer with hospice. She interned at a domestic abuse shelter as well as with a non-profit that connects people in need with resources in their community.

Madison has been building healthier lives for over 20 years. She has a background directing policy, programs, and partnerships for non-profit health organizations addressing chronic diseases and emergency response systems. Inspired by that work, she turned to health coaching and personal training.
Madison is a National Board Certified Health and Wellness Coach, Certified Personal Trainer, an EIM (Exercise is Medicine) Professional, and a Registered Yoga Teacher. As a personal trainer, she specializes in beginner-to-intermediate exercise for sustainability and quality of life, and personally loves strength training, rowing, yoga, walking, and the shortest possible cardio workouts. What drives her most is connecting with others and their unique stories, and being invited to work through their challenges and celebrate their victories with them.
Growing up in the U.S. Army took Madison around the world to meet and appreciate all walks of life. She played basketball, volleyball, and soccer into her college years in Munich, Germany, then graduated from The Ohio State University and completed her Master’s Degree in Exercise Science. Marjorie has been a dietitian for over 27 years and continues to love helping others work towards healthy lifestyles. She started her dietetics career in clinical nutrition in a hospital setting and later worked in a health and wellness facility, where she found her love for guiding others to develop and live out their wellness visions. Marjorie also has a background in outpatient care, wellness for children and families, private health coaching, public diabetes care for a health department, and she has worked as a Clinical Nutrition Manager in the acute care setting. Marjorie is passionate about a holistic approach to nutrition and believes nutrition brings healing and restoration to our bodies in different ways, depending on the seasons we are experiencing in life. Food works to support the many facets of the wellness journey, from hormonal changes, exercise, sleep, and stress management, to name a few.

Envisioning yourself at your best level of health and wellness, while establishing goals to work towards that vision is a cornerstone in living out a healthy lifestyle. Mary believes in a holistic view of health and she specializes in weight loss, fitness, stress management, and tobacco cessation. Richard’s goal with his clients, and in his life generally, is to offer the same help and dedication that he has been shown throughout his entire life. After sustaining a spinal cord injury in the summer of 2006, Richard returned to school and now holds a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology and a Master’s in Clinical Rehabilitation Counseling, both from the University of Memphis. He was also accepted into the Counseling Psychology Doctoral Program at The University of Memphis. Richard is a Nationally Certified Counselor and holds a Certification in Rehabilitation Counseling. He has provided therapy for college students, individuals with alcohol and drug use concerns, and couples experiencing a wide range of problems. Health and well-being is a combination of how you feel mentally, physically, and emotionally and allows you to feel empowered to take control of your health. That might look like five minutes of meditation, drinking more water, or lowering your A1C by adding more fiber rich foods to your food choices. It looks different for every person and changes daily.

As a personal trainer, she specializes in beginner-to-intermediate exercise for sustainability and quality of life, and personally loves strength training, rowing, yoga, walking, and the shortest possible cardio workouts. What drives her most is connecting with others and their unique stories, and being invited to work through their challenges and celebrate their victories with them.
Growing up in the U.S. Army took Madison around the world to meet and appreciate all walks of life. She played basketball, volleyball, and soccer into her college years in Munich, Germany, then graduated from The Ohio State University and completed her Master’s Degree in Exercise Science. She has two marvelous sons and lives in Atlanta with her dog, Guru, and best camping buddy, Chip.

Marjorie has been a dietitian for over 27 years and continues to love helping others work towards healthy lifestyles. She started her dietetics career in clinical nutrition in a hospital setting and later worked in a health and wellness facility, where she found her love for guiding others to develop and live out their wellness visions. Marjorie also has a background in outpatient care, wellness for children and families, private health coaching, public diabetes care for a health department, and she has worked as a Clinical Nutrition Manager in the acute care setting. Marjorie is passionate about a holistic approach to nutrition and believes nutrition brings healing and restoration to our bodies in different ways, depending on the seasons we are experiencing in life. Food works to support the many facets of the wellness journey, from hormonal changes, exercise, sleep, and stress management, to name a few.

Envisioning yourself at your best level of health and wellness, while establishing goals to work towards that vision is a cornerstone in living out a healthy lifestyle. Wellness encompasses our habits with food, exercise, stress management, sleep, as well as our mindset. Staying positive, celebrating the small and bigger victories with our wellness goals, along with overcoming challenges, keeps us moving forward and growing in each aspect of our lives to daily improve our well-being overall.

She believes in meeting her clients where they are while helping them develop the confidence to make decisions that lead toward healing and achieving therapeutic goals. Martina is passionate about empowering others to overcome life struggles while fostering personal growth. She also delivers support anchored in a coaching style to help others achieve their goals and fulfill their full potential.
Martina is a Pre-Licensed Professional Counselor working towards licensure as an LPC-MHSP. She holds a Master of Science Degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Freed-Hardeman University with a wide variety of clinical experience. In her free time, Martina enjoys spending time with family, traveling, and improving her spiritual health through reading, prayer, and meditation.

Mary brings a unique background to Wellview, with five years in human resources management and over five years of experience as a certified Health and Wellness Coach with certifications in Breath as Medicine, Positive Psychology, and Overcoming Obstacles to Weight Loss. She uses her expertise to help our team investigate the risks of an employee population and then provides individual plans that empower participants to make lasting lifestyle changes. Mary believes in a holistic view of health and she specializes in weight loss, fitness, stress management, and tobacco cessation. She carries a certification as a Freedom from Smoking Facilitator from the American Lung Association and has Compassion-Based Cognitive Training from Emory University.

Namasine has worked in the counseling profession for over 10 years, with experience supporting men and women suffering from substance abuse, depression, anxiety, personality disorders, and more. After graduating from Argosy University with a Master’s in Professional Counseling, she developed a background facilitating individual and group therapy. She has experience with several modalities, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Dialectical Behavioral Therapy. Namasine utilizes movement, art, music, and mindfulness approaches. She considers it her quest to provide a healthy space to allow the heart, mind, body, and spirit to grow. Richard’s goal with his clients, and in his life generally, is to offer the same help and dedication that he has been shown throughout his entire life. After sustaining a spinal cord injury in the summer of 2006, Richard returned to school and now holds a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology and a Master’s in Clinical Rehabilitation Counseling, both from the University of Memphis. He was also accepted into the Counseling Psychology Doctoral Program at The University of Memphis. Richard is a Nationally Certified Counselor and holds a Certification in Rehabilitation Counseling. He has provided therapy for college students, individuals with alcohol and drug use concerns, and couples experiencing a wide range of problems. Richard is also versed in caring for individuals experiencing anxiety, depression, vocational issues, the effects of disability, anger, loss, and for those looking to heal from trauma.
Richard is a diligent, compassionate counselor ready to provide quality care and the most effective therapy, based on your needs. Outside of the therapy room, he enjoys landscaping and is a big dog lover. Richard also enjoys spending time with his large family, especially his niece and nephew.

Teresa is a Licensed Professional Counselor who works with individuals experiencing stress, anxiety, depression, and trauma. By utilizing Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Mindfulness Therapy, individuals can bring insight into their past experiences and self-regulate in situations of emotional intensity. Teresa meets individuals where they are in their healing journey and works collaboratively with each individual. As a trained counselor in Perinatal Mental Health, Teresa is passionate about working with mothers and providing support through their season of motherhood. Motherhood can evoke difficult emotions, and Teresa provides mothers with a space to learn how to nurture themselves. Her expertise derives from personal experiences and helping women enjoy motherhood more.

Tina brings with her an extensive and diverse professional background, including roles within non-profit, community mental health, and private practice - with experience treating a wide range of concerns. She holds degrees in psychology and social work while currently pursuing a Ph.D. in Advanced Clinical Practice and Addictions. Additionally, as a certified sex addiction therapist, she specializes in treating sexual compulsions, pornography addiction, and partner betrayal trauma.
Tina believes that we all have within us the ability to heal and grow; we may just need some trusted guidance to show us the way. She prides herself on offering that guidance and support through a therapeutic connection that is genuine, nurturing, empathetic, and compassionately direct. Through your work with Tina, you will develop insight and new skills to help manage problems - and feel seen, heard, and empowered.
Outside of being a therapist, student, and mom, Tina has many interests. These include Jeep nature adventures with her canine companion, Oksana, listening to music, and doing DIY projects.

Yajaira is a Licensed Master Social Worker with a specialty in Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavior Therapy. Yajaira has over a decade of experience working with children, adolescents, families, couples, and adult individuals. She also specializes in working with military veterans and is a 13-year army veteran herself. Her personal experience as a peer mentor for veterans within outpatient outreach has informed her devotion for working with this population.
