Erin Allen

NBC-HWC, CPT, SFG1

Health Advisor

Erin got her start as a coach in the world of fitness, where she quickly learned that exercise is only one small part of the equation when it comes to overall health and well-being. She went on to pursue the training program at Emory University, where she was shown the missing pieces of the wellness puzzle and how to help others put those pieces together in their own lives. Erin is warm and welcoming, striving to empower others by holding a non-judgmental space for each individual to explore their unique dreams, desires, and possibilities on their path to feeling their best. Her goal as a Health Advisor is to support participants as they navigate the process of creating sustainable change. Currently residing in Atlanta, close to both the mountains and the beach, Erin finds great pleasure in time spent outdoors. She maintains a passion for strength training both within her own life, and as an instructor, specializing in kettlebell training. In her downtime, she enjoys being with her family, tending to her many houseplants, or burying her nose in a good book.

What does health and well-being mean to you?

Health and wellness is about the big picture—physical, mental, emotional, social, and spiritual well-being, and the interplay of these components. Learning more about ourselves and the support we need to grow in our health is the most amazing part of the wellness journey.
